SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES:

*Composting has started this semester in both Levin and the Food Court!

*Greenwave plates at the Food Court are now being picked up for composting.

*New Ecolab Apex Green Chemical will be installed at Levin by May 1st.

*Look for recycle mugs in the Food Court.  They will be sold for $2 and encourage the use of a recycled mug.  Or use your own mug to help reduce waste!

*Trayless Tuesdays in Levin has begun on March 22!  When plates are used without trays...waste is decreased by 1oz per plate!  Water and detergent use is also decreased.

*Organic menu items have been added in both dining locations.   Look for the organic symbol.

*We will also be using DelVal local produce at Levin in the future.

*Recylcling containers have been added to the food court.
